With the warm weather fast approaching here are some helpful tips to stay healthy, safe, and cool.
- Drink plenty of water / fluids
- Wear light weight clothing
- Wear a hat / preferably one with a wide brim
- Wear sunglasses
- Don’t stay outside for long periods of time
- Avoid going out during the hottest portion of the day (12noon to 4pm)
- Use air conditioning if available
- STAY IN DOORS DURING EXTREME HEAT!!!
